3. Currency
All prices on Scrollforge.shop are displayed in your selected currency (default: EUR).
The total amount charged will include:

- Applicable taxes or VAT
- Any payment processing fees (if stated during checkout)
Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are determined by your card issuer or payment provider.
4. 3D Secure (3DS) Authentication
To enhance payment safety, Scrollforge.shop supports 3D Secure (3DS and 3DS2) verification for Visa and Mastercard transactions.
What this means:
- During checkout, you may be redirected to your bank’s verification page to

- Verification can involve a one-time password (OTP), biometric
authentication, or bank app confirmation, depending on your issuer. - This extra layer of security helps prevent unauthorized use of your card, in

If the 3DS verification fails, the transaction will not be processed, and no funds will be deducted.
5. Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment details, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner or authorized user of the payment method.
- You authorize the total transaction amount to be charged, including any
applicable fees or taxes. - You understand that Scrollforge.shop may perform pre-authorization
checks to verify the validity of your payment method before confirming
your order.
6. Security and Data Protection
- Payment data is encrypted end-to-end and handled exclusively by

- Scrollforge.shop does not store your full credit or debit card numbers.

7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails or is declined:

- Verify with your bank whether 3D Secure authentication or SCA approval

Scrollforge.shop reserves the right to cancel orders where payment authorization is not completed successfully.
8. Refunds and Disputes

- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at
checkout. - Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10
business days to appear on your account. - Chargebacks or disputes should first be reported to us at

directly.
9. Vendor Payments and Payouts
For Vendors selling on the platform:
- Payouts are processed via Card payments or equivalent PSD2-compliant services.
- All vendors must provide verified payment details and pass anti-fraud or
Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. - Scrollforge.shop is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or
inaccurate vendor payment information.

Scrollforge.shop and its payment partners comply with:

- PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2)
- SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)
- 3D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check)
